Processing & Dispatch
All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If there is any delay in dispatch, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Please ensure all order and shipping details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post
- We deliver to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers
- Additional time may be required for regional or rural areas
- Shipping times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen delays

Delivery & Responsibility
We offer Signature on Delivery for most orders. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to your nearest post office for collection.
If you request Authority to Leave (Safe Drop) at checkout, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been marked as delivered. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, additional shipping and handling fees may apply for re-delivery.
If you prefer a refund for a returned parcel, original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@thenoacollective.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been shipped.
However, nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@thenoacollective.com.au with your order details and photos of the product.
We will assess your request and, where required, provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
As we grow, we hope to make NOA Collective available beyond Australia in the future.
