What is a bath tea?
Bath tea is a blend of botanicals, salts, teas and natural ingredients designed to steep in warm water, similar to how tea is brewed. Our blends are created to transform your bath into a slower, more comforting experience using predominantly organic botanicals and refined natural ingredients.

How do I use the bath tea?
Place the bath tea into the included cotton steeping bag and let it steep in warm bath water for 10–15 minutes before getting in.
For a stronger infusion, you can steep the blend separately in hot water first, then pour the infused water into your bath.
Soak for 15–30 minutes and enjoy a slower moment of rest and care.

How many baths can I get from one pack?
Each pack can be portioned for up to 4 baths.
That said, we personally love using the full pack for a more indulgent soak and fuller botanical experience. The choice is completely yours depending on how you enjoy your bath.

What’s included with each bath tea?
Each bath tea includes:
• 1 bath tea blend
• 1 large reusable cotton steeping bag
• 1 small reusable cotton steeping bag
The small bag can also be used for foot soaks or smaller baths.

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our blends are made with 100% natural ingredients and predominantly organic botanicals where possible.
We do not use synthetic fragrances, artificial dyes or essential oils.

Why is the scent lighter than other bath products?
Because we do not use synthetic fragrances or essential oils, our blends have a softer and more natural aroma.
The scent comes purely from the real botanicals, teas and ingredients themselves, creating a more subtle and gentle experience.

Why do the colours and textures vary slightly?
Because we work with real botanicals and natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance are completely normal and part of the beauty of working with nature.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. All NOA Collective bath teas are vegan and cruelty free.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every blend is thoughtfully handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia.

Which blend should I choose?
Golden Solace
Created for warmth and comfort, with ginger, mugwort and red dates. A beautiful choice for colder evenings or when you want a deeply warming soak.
Silk Cloud
Soft and calming with oolong tea, oats and florals. Perfect for slower evenings and gentle self care.
Emerald Mist
Refreshing and restorative with green tea, calendula and chamomile. Designed for moments of clarity and renewal.
Rose Glow
A floral blend with rose petals, jasmine and pink clay for a soft and luxurious bath experience.

Can I use the botanicals directly in the bath?
We recommend using the included cotton steeping bag to make clean up easier and allow the ingredients to steep beautifully in the water.

Will the bath tea leave residue in the tub?
Because our blends use real botanicals and natural ingredients, some residue may occur.
We recommend rinsing the tub after use. Some blends, particularly those containing green tea powder or florals, may leave light residue.

Can I reuse the cotton steeping bags?
Yes. Simply rinse thoroughly after use and allow them to dry completely before reusing.

How should I store my bath tea?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
For best freshness, we recommend using within 6 months of opening.

Are your bath teas safe during pregnancy?
Some blends may not be suitable during pregnancy due to certain botanicals.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, or have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.

Can I use your bath teas postpartum?
Many customers enjoy using Golden Solace postpartum for its warming and comforting ingredients.
However, every recovery journey is different, so we always recommend checking with your healthcare professional if unsure.

What if I have sensitive skin?
Our products are made without synthetic fragrances or artificial dyes, however every skin type is different.
We recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Are your products intended to treat medical conditions?
No. Our bath teas are created for comfort and everyday care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

Do you offer gift options?
Yes. Our bath teas make beautiful gifts for birthdays, postpartum care, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, wedding favours, bridesmaids, housewarmings or simply to care for someone you love.

At the moment, we only ship within Australia.
